Information Collection and Retention
CCS only collects the information necessary to assist in the completion of your insurance claim process. Once information is no longer required to fulfill the identified purpose, or for legal or internal record keeping requirements, it will be destroyed, deleted or made anonymous.
Confidentiality
CCS will not sell or pass on your information to any third party outside our organization unless legally compelled to do so or if necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Safeguarding Personal Information
Personal information will be protected by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information retained. CCS will protect personal information against theft, loss, unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure or modification by implementing generally accepted data protection industry standards. Any information obtained by CCS online is encrypted and transmitted to us securely. Only employees who need access to the information to perform specific job duties are granted access and any retained information is encrypted and stored in a secure datacenter environment.

CCS SMS Program
- When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just contact CCS at 800-227-8997 or reply with the word START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "HELP", we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
